All items are pre-owned and hand-inspected before listing. We describe each item's condition honestly in the product listing. Unless otherwise noted, items are in excellent used condition with no major flaws.

Are your items authentic?
Yes! Every item we sell is 100% authentic. We carefully source and inspect all pieces before they go live in our shop.

How do I know what size to order?
Each listing includes the size as labeled on the garment. We recommend checking the size listed and comparing it to your measurements if you're unsure, as sizing can vary by brand.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $35. Orders under $35 have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
We primarily ship within the United States. Please contact us if you're interested in international shipping and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Because our items are pre-owned, all sales are final. However, if an item arrives significantly different from its description, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging every order, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos and we'll resolve the issue promptly.
